change management is a all about managing changes in organisation . Change is always influence by trend .Trends are forces that are set from changes in the enviroment. Such changes are taxation, government policy, change in disposable income etc. In order to effectively manage change in an organisation stake holder are very inportant . involvment and facilitation of share holder will definately bring a change .
